Welcome to CorrectBetting ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of correctbetting.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using CorrectBetting, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Sports betting and gambling are not prohibited in your jurisdiction
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to verify age and may suspend accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.

3 Service Description

CorrectBetting provides football match predictions across multiple markets including:

• 1X2 (match result) tips
• Correct Score predictions
• HT/FT (half-time/full-time) predictions
• BTTS (both teams to score) tips
• Over/Under 2.5 goals predictions
• Corner betting tips
• Yellow card tips
• Fixtures and standings for top European leagues, MLS, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico

Predictions are generated through a combination of AI scoring algorithms and analyst review. The Service offers both free content and a paid VIP membership tier with additional features.

4 No Guarantee Disclaimer

CorrectBetting makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or success of any prediction. Football outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and:

• Predictions are based on statistical analysis but cannot guarantee outcomes
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our content
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from betting activities
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely access to the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5 VIP Membership

5.1 Subscription Process

VIP membership is processed entirely through Patreon. By subscribing, you agree to Patreon's terms in addition to ours. We do not directly handle any payment information.

5.2 VIP Markets

VIP membership provides access to premium markets including VIP 1X2, VIP Correct Score, VIP HT/FT, VIP BTTS, and VIP Over/Under 2.5. Features available with each tier may change with notice.

5.3 Billing & Renewals

VIP subscriptions are recurring monthly charges processed by Patreon. You may cancel at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

All payments are processed and managed by Patreon. Refund requests must be directed to Patreon according to their policies. We do not process direct refunds.

5.5 Access Activation

VIP access on the Service is activated after we verify your Patreon subscription. This typically happens within a few hours but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

6 User Accounts

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6.2 One Account Per User

Each person may register only one VIP account. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual may be terminated.

6.3 Account Sharing

VIP credentials are strictly personal. Sharing access with non-members or distributing VIP content publicly is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• ❌ Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions or content
• ❌ Resell or sublicense VIP membership access
• ❌ Use automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers without permission
• ❌ Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• ❌ Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ❌ Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• ❌ Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• ❌ Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on CorrectBetting — including predictions, analysis, design, code, logos, images, and text — is the property of CorrectBetting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• ✅ Share links to our public pages

You may not:

• ❌ Reproduce, redistribute, or republish our content without permission
• ❌ Use our content for commercial purposes
• ❌ Remove copyright notices or trademarks
• ❌ Use our trademarks without written consent

9 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Patreon, Cloudflare, Crisp Chat, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorrectBetting and its team shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses related to gambling or betting activities
• Damages arising from inaccurate predictions
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues
• Actions of third-party services we integrate with

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for VIP membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

We strongly advocate for responsible gambling practices:

• Set limits — never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Don't chase losses — accept losses as part of gambling
• Keep it fun — gambling should be entertainment, not income
• Take breaks — step away if betting becomes stressful

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Inactive account (12+ months without login)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration where legally permitted.

14 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (where applicable) or through prominent notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
